My name is Rahaman Mahamdul, and I am the representative of OYSTER JP Co., Ltd.

Thanks to a wonderful connection, I’ve opened a small izakaya tucked away in the backstreets of Ōmori.
Our signature dishes are the freshly made **“Tamagoyaki” (Japanese rolled omelet)**, prepared each morning with care using a sushi chef’s recipe, and our **charcoal-grilled fish skewers**, cooked slowly to bring out the flavor.
Each dish is crafted to bring a little moment of happiness — a bite that makes you smile.

Cherishing both my roots in Bangladesh and the people and culture I’ve encountered in Japan,
I hope to create a place in Ōmori where customers feel like saying, “I’m home.”

Every dish is made with care and creativity,
with the goal of serving something truly unique — something you can only find here.
Together with my team, we put our hearts into every preparation.
